Admission Fees

At Vidya English Medium High School, the admission fees are structured to facilitate the enrollment process. The fees comprise three main components: registration fee, establishment fee, and term fee.

  • Registration Fee: Upon inquiry or submission of an application for admission, a registration fee is applicable.

  • Establishment Fee: Newly accepted and enrolled students are required to pay an establishment fee either before or at the time of enrollment.
  • Term Fee: Before the commencement of each school term, students are expected to pay the term fee, which varies based on the school division and education program.

Fee Payments Regulations: Payment of school fees should be made at the school office during specified timings:

  • Monday to Friday: 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
  • Saturday: 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Both cash and online payments are accepted at the office, and receipts will be issued accordingly.

Fee Rules:

Fees must be settled before the start of each term.

1st Instalment: Due on the 15th of July

2nd Instalment: Due on the 15th of September Failure to pay the school fee on time will result in students being ineligible to appear for examinations or assessments.

Late payments will incur a late fee.

Changes in the fee structure are subject to the discretion of the School Management.

The decision of the Management is final in all matters related to fees and payments.
